Authorization and Usage Conditions

  • Authorization actions can only be performed by admin users or users authorized by admins.
  • Inheritance: Permission groups can be linked. In such cases, a permission granted in the parent group is inherited by the child group. The Reason button appears next to the permission assignment, showing from which group the permission is inherited.
  • Permission Assignments: Each permission key includes Allow, Deny, and Not Assigned options. The most dominant is Deny. Even if the user receives the permission from another group, a Deny assignment will override it.
  • For announcements (create, read, update, delete), each action must be granted separately.
